Our Rules

This is the KING of Rules:  If you should hit, punch, trip or otherwise hurt a Haunt Worker or any of the Haunt property -- 1) The HAUNT will immediately stop (you have not just ruined your fun that you paid for, but everyone elses) and 2)  You will be immediately EVICTED with no refund!   

1. No Running. What you can't see, could hurt you!  This is especially true in the maze as it may be slick.  Please be careful. 
2. Do not push or shove other patrons.
3. NO Cameras, flashlights, lighters, cell phones, laser pointers, knives, weapons of any kind. Drugs and alcohol is not permitted. These items will be confiscated and we reserve the right to refuse there return or refund. Those found using the above mentioned may be escorted from our attraction without refund.
4. Picture taking or video recording is not permitted anywhere in our attraction.
5. No cursing or foul language.

6. No open flames or smoking on the premises.

7. No sharp objects, weapons or firearms on the premises.

8. Do not bring bottles, cans, food or beverages into the haunted house.

9. Do not use cell phones, pagers, cameras, tape recorders or other electronic devices in the haunted house.

10. Our Haunters WILL touch you.
11. You WILL NOT touch the Haunters (this is cause for eviction).  Do not touch, harass or endanger HAUNT performers.
12. You will be offered to touch things in the HAUNT, this is not mandatory.
13. Do not touch or throw anything at the props or the equipment this includes pushing on the wall.  Do not take, deface or destroy HAUNT property.
14. Do not taunt or provoke any of our actors. If you do not follow the rules, they can eject you from our attraction!
15. Our actors are working hard to entertain you and will not break character, except in the event of an emergency. Please do not attempt to chat with them.
16. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. We cannot stop the production to search for it, nor will you be allowed to re-enter to search for yourself. As we find lost property it will be placed in the lost and found bin in our ticket booth. If you do lose something you may leave your name, phone number and item(s) description at the ticket booth and we will contact you if and when we find it.
17. The Haunt is NOT recommended for those with medical conditons such as heart diease, epilepsy (strobe lights), asthma, weak stomach, or back conditions.
    
    * By entering the our attraction you grant us permission to use your image or likeness for these purposes without your permission or compensation. You could be video and/or audio recorded for security and/or promotional purposes.
