Thank you!

Steve and I would like to personally thank each and every one of our members of our Motley Crew.  Without you, your hard work, dedication, creativity, and ability to scare the pants off of the visitors to the Haunted Hunting Lodge and Maze, we would not be the success that we are. 

To our many visitors - a Big thank you to you too!  Without your attendance, helpful suggestions and rave reviews of the Haunted Hunting Lodge we would not be the success that we are. 

I like to share with all of my kids, and in my heart you are my kids! Each and every one of you hard working, dedicated Haunt Workers!  Some of the comments that have come back to us. 

The couple from Roscommon who came on Friday night, Oct 26:  Best Haunt they have ever been in!  They will be back next weekend, Nov. 2.   Excellent job on the props, acting and theme.  Keep up the good work. 

The group from West Branch, Sat. Oct 27.  "We are regular haunt goers and found you on the internet".  They had already been to another local haunted house and were really disappointed.  Said this "You betcha we'll be back!  Just love it!  I've never been so scared in my life!" 

Remember the 4 guys on Sat Oct 27.  The ones who pretended not to be effected no matter how hard you tried?  They went to other area haunts and came back to ours, just to tell us this "We have been to no less than 10 haunted houses in the last 2 days from Frederic to Mount Pleasant.  You are hands down the BEST!" 

Each and every one of you should be proud of what together we have created.  Each person had a part and even if you think that it was no big deal, the Haunt would not have come off with the completeness that it has without your input, hard work and creativity.  This was all done in our little town with hardly any resources, but with donations and making something out of nothing as we often had to, this is going to be a great contribution to our community that we hope eventually will be handed down to Mio-AuSable students year after year. 

That just shows you how much we have progressed and can continue to progress.  From makeup to costumes to bloody gore to maze stages and special effects.  In the words of Jimmy Buffett "its been a lovely cruise"  and one we would like to continue for many years.  Well at least until we get our haunted forest done and the lodge restored to a rental.
